welcome back to my blog. I hope that you are happy today. I will writing about
what is making focus in the life and how to increasing that. I don’t know that
my opinion can improve your focus. But, I hope it. Ok! Let’s get started it.
1.
Think of think that make you happy
The people are sometimes think about bad day. So,
this can make your today is bad. From this moment, think about something that
make you happy. Example, your get free ticket on the cinema or you win lotre today.
Whatever you want, you can get it. Then, you can more focus to create your
dream.
2.
Stop if you are tired
I think this is so important because if we are
tired, we won’t focus to do activity in that day. So, you should stop! Don’t do
this! You can break every five minutes or ten minutes. Whatever you want, as
long as it make your tired go away.
3.
Give time to something you like
The peolpe usually do things that they don’t like.
It makes their focus go away. I think maybe that things so important in their life
even if they don’t like. If you like this, you should give time to something
you likE. So, you can more focus in that day. You can do it at any time. As
long as you have free time to do so.
4.
Remove all distractions
If you feel can’t to be focus, you should see what
the distractions to your life. When you detected that, you must remove. Because
this distractions can disturb your focus. Example, you want to study. But, you
don’t like noisy and your sister play a music hardly. You should move in the
area that the condition is calm.
5.
Prepare everything that supports your focus
Before you to do something, you must prepare
everything that make you can focus. Example you will take a video, you can
prepare the camera, lighting, etc. Instead of wasting your time, you can focus
more.
