Block out time on your calendar for specific tasks
In the weekend, you can make the schedule for
holiday. You can’t do something because this is time to you. If you want go to
the beach, do it! If you want watch the tv, do it! Whatever you want, do it!
This time is time to your refreshing and make the positive energy to tomorrow.

Be kind to your self
Be yourself at every turn. Do the best, you can do
it. So, when you be kind to yourself, you can do the best at every your work.
